Who Should Apply?

Our coaching is available to pastors, ministry leaders, and spouses, serving in churches and ministries of any size. Our team of qualified, trusted coaches come from a diversity of backgrounds and possess a variety of ministry experiences. We have both male and female coaches, and can match you to coaches with experience in a range of ministry roles, including lead pastor, worship, youth/NextGen, missions, and more.

What to Expect

Our process is simple and designed to provide you with the best coaching experience. Once we receive your application, our team will review your submission within 24 hours. If we have any additional questions, we will contact you to clarify. We will then match you to one of our qualified coaches, who will contact you directly to schedule your first coaching session. Coaching sessions are conducted via video conferencing, so you can conveniently participate from your home or office.
