Who Should Apply?

If you are a pastor or church staff member wanting to improve your overall mental health and well-being, a Full Strength Network membership will help you.  It is available to any pastor or church staff member who works on a church staff in a paid capacity either full or part time regardless of title.

What to Expect

With your membership you receive a unique profile and login where you can request from all the different benefits the membership provides.  When requesting coaching or counseling we will provide you with the best possible match based on your situation and requirements.  Most coaching, counseling and group sessions are conducted via video conferencing making it extremely convenient for you and your schedule.
